We are coming up on ONE year of community building, flowing, growing and creating together. I could just cry! It is hard to believe that one backyard yoga class has turned into all of this, and all of you! We are brimming with gratitude that we get to move and feel with each of you. Truly, so much thought, care and heart goes into everything we do and will continue to show up as we evolve in new and exciting ways.

March is wrapping up as far as events go. We have one last workshop on March 31, all about Chakras and the subtle body.
April we celebrate EARTH DAY with a Plants & Poses event! We’re so excited about this. We’ll be hosting an outdoor yoga class and potting plants after!!
