We are simply elated to announce the birth of Samara’s baby GIRL! For a minute there I was getting worried. Samara was more than 10 days over her due date, and having her first home birth, she remained so calm while I did all the freaking out. Alas, she has arrived. January 7, 2023 at 12:00 am on the DOT!
Fresh from Heaven, 8 lbs 7 oz with a full head of dark hair. Samara is an absolute warrior and is a present, calm and graceful mother to her 3 babies. I’m not surprised at all. Here’s a priceless shot of mom, dad and their new baby girl.
I cannot look at this photo without getting emotional. Just so raw, real and pure. The joy on David’s face, and the relief on Samara’s face. Chills.

Samara is a mother of 3.
Jillian is now teaching Power and Hot yoga on Monday evenings.
Jillian celebrated her birthday this month along with bb Sage.
Samara is honoring her fourth trimester of healing with Ayurvedic practices & medicine.

At the start of a new year we tend to look inward and create a list of things that need changing. While resolutions are a wonderful thing, we want to remind you all to take time to honor where you are right now. Acknowledge the changes that have taken place since last year, whether they were resolutions of yours or not. The challenges and experiences and growth that has taken place to make you who you are in this very moment. Don’t discount that. Love yourself now and continue to love yourself as you work toward your goals this year.
