What a fun and busy 2023 so far! We are rockin and rolling with so many exciting things in the works so let’s dive right in!

Highlighted yoga pose of the week: Savasana.
This weather is bringing heavy energy. Get comfortable. Lie on your back. Maybe take your legs up the wall. Relax your face, un-shrug your shoulders and let your arms relax open. Take a few deep breaths and then let it go. Let everything be heavy, so you can be light again.

When you want to run, stay. When you want to hide, open up. When you think you’re done, go a little further. This is how we heal. Whatever this applies to in your life. Namaste.

March 5: Moms Day Out Event—Sculpt class, raffle, discounts, goodie bags, food and drinks. This event will be at the Beyond Yoga Flagship at the 3rd Street Promenade Mall in Santa Monica. Class is at 9, private shopping event is at 10 before the store opens!
March 16: OC HOT GIRL EVENT! We are partnering with our friends for a fun morning at Athleta in Huntington Beach. 9 am!
March 19: FREE PEOPLE MOVEMENT//Irvine Spectrum on the lawn in front of the Ferris Wheel! This event will be a more chill yoga class with a mindfulness meditation, everyone will receive a gratitude journal, some goodies from FP movement as well as promotions in store to shop after! Come hang!!
